• Raw Materials: Institutional membership in various plastic intelligence services / agencies and networking with upstream Resin manufacturers, Master Batch suppliers and additive suppliers. Suggest alternative materials and suitable ratios of blending. 
• Packaging Materials: Trading of Primary and Secondary Packaging materials such as stretch films, pallets, and cores.
•  Other Materials: Outsourced & Intermediate products (such as Caps & Preforms), Indirect raw materials (such as labels), to offer a Total Packaging solution, to customers who are demanding. Since these are the components which constitute about 75% of the finished product cost in plastics manufacturing, we will be able to formulate correctly to facilitate domestic and exports growth with competitive prices and quality.

 Review existing process & utility systems and suggest for any reengineering to optimize quality & costs:

•  Low utilised and Obsolete items: List out the unutilised / low utilised and obsolete items to recommend action plan for suitable actions to utilise or to dispose to save costs and space. 
•  Refurbish obsolete equipment and moulds to decorate, identify customers to dispose for higher values than book values.
